Communicating with Our Clients We review portfolios with our clients on a routinely basis. This is accomplished, with either face-to face meetings or conference calls. During these meetings, we provide our clients with customized reports that accurately and efficiently review their portfolios. It is critical that our clients review their asset allocation, risk tolerance, and the investment markets on a consistent basis. Each client's investment performance is measured against appropriate market indices and customized client investment models. The indices we are currently benchmarked against include the S&P 500 Composite, MSCI All Country World Index, ICE BofA 0-3 Month US Treasury Bill, ICE BofA 0-3 Year US Treasury, and Dow Jones US Select REIT. Our communication system permits us to communicate with our clients via phone, email, virtual, and face-to-face meetings. Our client's assets are typically domiciled with Schwab Institutional Services. The assets are protected by Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).Our clients receive monthly statements and all trade confirmations directly from Schwab Institutional Services. Our clients have 24 hour, 7 days a week access to their account information through our client portal.
